01Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain a fanduel account, you must satisfy the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fanduel does not permit minors to register, hold an account, or place any wager.
• You are accessing the platform from within the Philippines. The fanduel service is offered to Philippine-based players. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not previously held a fanduel account that was closed or suspended for a breach of these terms.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and may result in the forfeiture of balances and the closure of all associated accounts.

By submitting a registration, you declare that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is accurate and up to date. fanduel may request documentary evidence to verify any detail provided during or after registration.

02Account Security and Responsibility

Your fanduel account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — confidential at all times. fanduel strongly recommends:

• Using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.
• Enabling OTP (One-Time Password) verification for login and withdrawals.
• Logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying fanduel support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

fanduel will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials. Any transactions completed prior to reporting a security breach will be treated as valid unless fanduel determines otherwise through investigation.

03Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on fanduel are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking portals, and direct bank transfer to participating Philippine banks. Cryptocurrency, credit cards, and international wire transfers are not accepted methods for betting deposits or withdrawals.

Regarding deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your fanduel balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the payments section of your account.
• fanduel reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual deposit transactions.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players with a fully verified account. KYC documentation — including a valid government-issued ID — must be on file before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to reduce the risk of fraud.
• Processing timelines vary by payment channel and by your VIP tier. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority withdrawal processing.
• fanduel may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of a standard security review. Players will be informed of any hold and its expected resolution timeframe.

04Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on the fanduel platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The following general rules apply across all fanduel gaming products:

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, fanduel's settlement rules — detailed within the sportsbook rules documentation — will determine the outcome of affected bets.
• Live Casino: All live game outcomes are determined by real physical processes in the studio — card dealing, dice shaking, and wheel spinning. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, confirmed bets already in play will be settled based on the outcome of that round as recorded by the studio system.
• Slots and eBingo: These games use certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Outcomes are independently determined per spin or draw and are not influenced by previous rounds.

fanduel reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a system error, or where there is reasonable evidence of abuse of a pricing error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed and restricted.

05Promotions, Bonuses, and Cashback

fanduel runs promotional offers for registered players including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback on losses, and VIP-tier-specific rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms issued at the time of the offer. Where no individual terms are published, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above in the Philippines.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free bets carry wagering requirements that must be completed before a withdrawal can be made of associated winnings.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — consult the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages applicable to sports betting, live casino, and slots play.
• fanduel does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific promotion. Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

06Identity Verification (KYC)

fanduel operates identity verification procedures in line with responsible operations for an online gaming platform. You may be asked to submit documentation at the time of registration, when requesting a withdrawal, when a promotional offer is claimed, or when fanduel's risk systems flag an account for review.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — may be requested depending on the nature of the verification requirement.

fanduel reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until outstanding KYC requirements are fulfilled. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

07Amendments and Governing Terms

fanduel may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through in-platform messaging or via the email address on file. Continued use of the fanduel platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your fanduel account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification reviews.
